Title: ACCOUNTANT

Job Duties: Prepare, review and analyze accounting records, financial statements and other financial reports; analyze business operations to project future revenues and expenditures; manage and monitor computerized payroll system; prepare reports to management such as variance analysis, loan volume, break-even analysis, production, annual budget; design, maintain and develop bookkeeping and accounting systems utilizing the latest accounting software; evaluate and analyze accounting and accounting control procedures and recommend more effective and efficient procedures; ensure compliance with tax reporting, information reporting and other tax requirements; provides support in tax preparation; make recommendations to management to improve business operations and financial position of the company.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field plus two (2) years experience
