He formed the East Bay Association of Mortgage Brokers in 1990 and was the President in 1990, 1991, 1995 and 1996 and was on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers in 1990, 1991 and 1992. He acted as an advisor to the State Real Estate Commissioner on the Commissioners Advisory Committee (REFAC) in 1991 and 1992. He is still active in National, State and Local Associations as a member and is often called upon as an expert witness to testify as a result of his vast experience. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and a Consumer Finance Lender/Broker.
